Anforderungen
- Experience in Business Operations, eCommerce Operations, Commercial Operations, DTC, Strategy, Consulting, or related business function
- Experience supporting or managing Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce businesses, ideally within consumer goods, retail, or high-growth brands
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex business data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with reporting tools, dashboards, and business intelligence platforms
- Strong understanding of key eCommerce and DTC performance metrics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multiple functions and levels
- Strong project management and organisational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Commercial mindset with strong focus on growth, customer experience, and operational efficiency
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with passion for continuous improvement and business optimisation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to simplify complex information for wide range of audiences
- Motivated self-starter, ambitious & curious, with desire to challenge status quo and drive positive change
- Fluency in English and German required; Additional Central or Eastern European language skills advantageous
Aufgaben
- Drive operational excellence across DTC business in CE & EE
- Identify opportunities to improve performance, processes, and scalability
- Partner with regional eCommerce, CRM, Performance Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams
- Support the delivery of commercial and operational objectives
- Own and maintain key DTC business reporting and performance dashboards
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders
- Monitor and analyze website performance, conversion, and customer behavior
- Analyze revenue and operational KPIs to identify growth opportunities
- Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly trading reviews
- Identify risks, opportunities, and actions for business targets
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve customer experience
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to improve commercial performance
- Support promotional planning and product launches
- Support seasonal events and peak trading periods
- Ensure product availability and inventory planning support DTC growth
- Lead process improvement initiatives to streamline ways of working
- Lead process improvement initiatives to improve reporting accuracy
- Lead process improvement initiatives to increase business efficiency
- Track and communicate progress against key business objectives
- Ensure stakeholders have visibility of performance and priorities
- Work closely with local market teams to understand challenges and opportunities
