- Draft, edit, and manage written content for Cardmarket
- Create engaging and informative content for users
- Oversee the localization process with translators
- Ensure high-quality and timely translations in French, German, Italian, and Spanish
- Conceptualize, draft, and edit story-driven content across multiple channels
- Ensure all copy is clear, engaging, and accessible to English-speaking users
- Manage Cardmarket’s News and Help channels
- Collaborate with Support and Product teams to keep platform information accurate
- Coordinate translations and publish content in all required languages
- Collaborate with Product, Support, Legal, and Games teams on upcoming projects
- Identify appropriate messaging, channels, and communication needs for initiatives
