- Oversee internal linking and structured data
- Edit articles for grammar, factual consistency, and style
- Brief, review, and sign off on articles from editors and contributors
- Provide written feedback to editors and contributors
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO/GEO) and digital platforms
- Track conversion rates, organic traffic, and click-through rates
- Analyze data to inform editorial decisions on content repetition, fixes, and discontinuation
- Collaborate with Editorial, PR, Commercial, and Social departments
- Gather insights and coordinate coverage with other departments
- Track market launches, price cycles, and retailer moves
- Develop a topic pipeline from market tracking
- Maintain a network of manufacturers, testers, and the mydealz Community
- Represent the company publicly (optional)
- Understand AI applications in journalism and content creation
- Use AI tooling in daily production within editorial guidelines
- Build and maintain AI prompts and skills for the desk
- Remain calm and efficient under pressure
- Ensure stories comply with legal guidelines and journalistic standards
