Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- CPA, CMA, CFA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
- Progressive finance leadership experience in manufacturing, industrial, or operational business
- Partnering with senior leaders and influencing strategic decisions
- Financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities
- Experience supporting commercial operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and capital allocation
- Proficiency with ERP and business intelligence tools
- Fluent in German and English
Aufgaben
- Shape business strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives
- Translate financial results, trends, and risks into recommendations and decisions
- Lead budgets, forecasts, and financial plans
- Improve forecast accuracy and provide insights into revenue, margin, SG A, working capital, and cash performance
- Develop reporting tools and KPIs for performance
- Identify and drive opportunities for growth, productivity, margin improvement, and cost optimization
- Support pricing, capital investments, sourcing, and product portfolio decisions
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Corporate Finance, and Accounting to assess opportunities and risks
- Ensure business cases are financially sound and strategically aligned
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with policies and standards
- Maintain a strong internal control environment
- Build a finance culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and partnership
- Develop future finance talent
