Aufgaben
- Shape international HAE portfolio strategy and growth
- Define complementary positioning of ANDEMBRY and BERINERT
- Partner across markets and functions for execution
- Develop and implement HAE disease-area and ANDEMBRY brand strategy
- Drive sustainable growth through market expansion and adoption
- Lead launch excellence initiatives
- Translate strategy into integrated portfolio playbooks
- Act as marketing subject-matter expert for affiliates
- Lead the ANDEMBRY International Brand Team (IBT)
- Enable cross-functional co-creation with affiliate teams
- Develop differentiated strategies for market archetypes
- Translate insights into portfolio and brand choices
- Identify near- and longer-term opportunities and solutions
- Identify lifecycle-management and market-development opportunities
- Partner with affiliate leadership and cross-functional colleagues
- Enable co-creation of aligned portfolio strategies and programs
- Build relationships with external stakeholders
- Develop customer-focused brand plans and programs
- Support launch readiness and post-launch optimization
- Establish metrics and KPIs, review performance
- Adapt strategies and programs to improve impact
- Promote effective practice sharing across markets
- Own and manage the international HAE / ANDEMBRY marketing budget
- Allocate resources to highest-value priorities
- Monitor spend and return on investment
- Ensure marketing resources and agency support are used effectively
- Identify and address capability or resource gaps
- Ensure all activities comply with laws and regulations
- Champion ethical, accurate, and transparent marketing
