Aufgaben
- Lead a mixed team of DevOps, software, and data engineers.
- Foster team growth through clear expectations, feedback, and ownership.
- Hire engineers to support platform growth.
- Partner with Product Management to make data onboarding easy.
- Ensure quick setup, fast reviews, and clear documentation for data onboarding.
- Incorporate team feedback into platform development.
- Engage data producers and partner companies as collaborators.
- Guide access controls, cost safeguards, audits, data contracts, and metadata for safe data sharing.
- Manage Kafka for reliable, well-monitored data distribution and ease of use.
- Guide architecture, build-versus-buy decisions, review designs and pull requests, and apply AI and automation to improve team workflows.
