- Lead AI projects from idea to implementation
- Make real-time decisions on fleet, driver supply, and compliance
- Address rider needs and unexpected issues
- Use data to diagnose problems and keep service running smoothly
- Guide and support drivers
- Build strong relationships with drivers
- Identify opportunities to improve field team performance
- Turn rider and community feedback into actionable improvements
- Use data to spot patterns and address root causes
- Act as a bridge between partners, drivers, and central teams
- Pull data to answer questions, solve problems, and drive improvements
