- Explains model functionality to non-technical and technical audiences
- Works with messy industrial data, including cleaning
- Python at production quality
- Teamwork experience with shared standards
- German and English fluency for customer meetings and specifications

- Accountable for model functionality, not just concept
- Enjoys plant floor challenges
- Proactive in seeking tasks
Aufgaben
- Understand customer planning problems and decision-making processes
- Build models in code using customer data
- Ensure management trusts model results for action
- Translate project work into product features
- Analyze customer planning problems, capacities, costs, and constraints
- Develop models for inventory, scheduling, and order prioritization
- Own customer models from initial conversation to production
- Build and manage customer-specific solutions on top of solver core
- Prepare and validate inconsistent and incomplete ERP and Excel data
- Identify data inconsistencies before the customer does
- Develop models that are used, questioned, corrected, and reused
- Identify recurring problems across multiple customers
- Advocate for platform inclusion of customer-specific solutions
- Write code from the first line to a production-ready model
- Deploy models to production yourself
- Run models in production
