- German at C1 or better, fluent English

- Frontend experience, ideally with Solid.js or reactive framework
- Optimization/OR exposure
- Manufacturing or ERP data experience
- Structured, action-oriented, and competitive mindset

- Ensure consistent data landing from various sources.
- Manage millions of records efficiently.
- Optimize data for fast querying.
- Design the data platform (ingestion, storage, query paths).
- Build the data platform.
- Run the data platform in production.
- Manage infrastructure and deployments.
- Define the path to production for the team.
- Work on performance and correctness in the optimization engine.
- Own features end to end, from development to production.
