Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Controlling, or Finance
- At least 8 years relevant experience in Group/Corporate Controlling (FP&A/Risk Management) in multinational companies, preferably in renewable energy
- Experience with risk evaluation methodologies (highly desired)
- Strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel (incl. add-ins) and PowerPoint
- Understanding of integrated ERP systems (e.g., Navision Dynamics/Business Central or SAP)
- Familiarity with financial reporting tools (e.g., Lucanet) and financial planning/modelling tools
- Mandatory proficiency in English (written and verbal); German skills advantageous
- Outstanding analytical and conceptual skills
- Change management skills (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Ensure risk assessment in financial reporting and planning
- Present risk assessment regularly and transparently to Management
- Build and maintain sensitivity models
- Develop various scenarios in financial planning
- Create risk dashboards and early warning indicators for management reporting
- Build and implement a risk management framework
- Integrate risk management into financial planning processes
- Build and maintain regular risk reporting
- Translate complex project and market risks into actionable insights
- Maintain long-term financial models with sensitivity analysis, scenarios, and risk assessment
- Build risk dashboards and early warning indicators for project portfolios
- Introduce portfolio-level risk view
- Link individual project risks to Group performance and liquidity
- Participate in Group-level budget and quarterly forecasting processes
- Participate in developing the new financial planning tool
- Prepare budget, forecast presentations, and ad-hoc analyses for Top Management and Shareholders
