- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in accounting & finance or equivalent

- Manage and optimize end-to-end Site2Service charging processes
- Oversee process optimization, reconciliation, and transformation initiatives
- Lead strategic business-critical programs, including ERP implementations
- Continuously assess and enhance Site Service Charging processes
- Drive automation, standardization, and efficiency improvements
- Implement and support resource planning initiatives
- Define, design, and implement global end-to-end process models
- Promote process simplification, standardization, and automation
- Manage and assure appropriate processes for business and support functions
- Identify and implement internal and external best practices
- Own tools, applications, systems, policies, and process design
- Define and execute process governance with the BPM team
- Manage change control processes and compliance assurance
- Maintain process documentation and track audits
- Define control and risk points
- Collaborate with the Data team on data governance
- Lead automation programs and peripheral solutions
- Drive efficiency gains through process improvement initiatives
- Define, manage, and maintain KPIs for operational performance
- Promote automation and enhance reporting tools
- Benchmark KPIs internally and externally
- Define and manage SLAs for Site Service Charges
- Enhance quality, user experience, and effectiveness of processes
- Extend scope to deliver further services to the business
- Build competencies within the value-stream team for solution development
- Develop learning pathways for subject matter experts

- Foster a virtual process network for quality and productivity
- Collaborate with delivery teams and service center leaders
- Serve as an interface between functional leaders and BPO R2R-SL
