Anforderungen
- University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, IT or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years in data analytics, Risk advisory, audits or associated fields
- Professional experience in internationally operating company or Big 4 accounting firm
- Audit specific qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA or CFE certification) is a plus
- Extensive hands-on experience in data analytics
- Familiarity with handling SAP system data
- Familiarity with data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
- Familiarity with programming languages (SQL, Python)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Structured approach to work
- Ability to translate complex data analyses into clear, actionable insights
- High-quality standards maintenance
- Strong process understanding in Finance, Order-to-Cash (O2C), Source-to-Pay (S2P), Healthcare Compliance
- Ability to conduct reviews of complex end-to-end processes and related data is an advantage
- Industry experience in Pharma, Biotech, Life Science or Electronics sector is preferred
- Agility and open-mindedness
- Ability to manage audits and stakeholders of different cultures
- Good intercultural and communication skills
- Ability to work in a matrix organization
- Desire to develop leadership skills
- Good project management and organization skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Business-level fluency in English
- Additional language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Contribute to changes in audit techniques and methodology through data analytics
- Create value using data, digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes
- Contribute to internal control topics and continuous improvement on a group level through data analytics
- Contribute to the audit analytics strategic roadmap
- Collect, analyze, validate, and interpret large data sets (e.g., SAP data)
- Deliver meaningful audit insights using common programming languages and analytics tools
- Utilize SQL, Python, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis
- Gain process and data insights into various business areas
- Manage stakeholders on all hierarchy levels
- Perform audit-related tasks for learning and development opportunities
