Aufgaben
- Manage and optimize end-to-end intercompany accounting processes
- Drive global process improvements, standardization, and automation
- Collaborate with innovation and analytics teams, business units, and support functions
- Establish core capabilities within GES to support enterprise strategy
- Oversee process optimization and reconciliation activities
- Lead transformation initiatives and strategic programs, including ERP
- Continuously assess and enhance intercompany accounting services
- Implement and support resource planning
- Define, design, and implement a global end-to-end process model
- Promote process simplification, standardization, and automation
- Manage and assure appropriate processes for business and support functions
- Identify and implement internal and external best practices
- Own tools, applications, systems, policies, and process design
- Define and execute process governance, including change control and compliance
- Define control and risk points and track audits
- Collaborate with the Data team to ensure data governance
- Lead process improvement initiatives using modern technologies
- Define, manage, and maintain KPIs for performance and standardization
- Promote automation and enhancement of reporting tools
- Benchmark KPIs internally and externally
- Define and manage SLAs for intercompany accounting services
- Enhance quality, user experience, and effectiveness of processes
- Extend scope vertically and horizontally to deliver further services
- Build critical competencies to identify, prioritize, and develop solutions
- Align with operational leaders to develop learning pathways for SMEs
- Establish learning and knowledge-sharing platforms by sub-process
- Foster a virtual process network to enhance quality and productivity
- Collaborate with delivery teams and their leaders
- Act as an interface between functional leaders and BPO R2R-SL
