Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field
- Minimum 10 years in learning and programme management roles

- Experience designing and implementing global learning strategies, leadership development programmes, and learning ecosystems
- Experience in lean manufacturing/IWS environment
- Strong understanding of skills frameworks, capability development, and future of work
- Experience with modern learning technologies, digital learning platforms, and Learning Management Systems
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence senior leaders across multiple business functions
- Strong project and programme management capabilities
- Experience delivering complex transformation initiatives
- Collaborative mindset
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and functions
- Comfortable operating in fast-changing environment with ambiguity and competing priorities
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
- Experience in HR leadership role within publicly listed company (PLC)
- Experience in London-listed PLC
- Sound knowledge of union/employee relations
- Willingness to travel approximately 20–40% across Europe
Aufgaben
- Define and deliver global learning transformation strategy
- Evolve Mondi Academy into a modern, scalable, digital-first ecosystem
- Champion a culture of continuous learning, capability building, and innovation
- Design, improve, and programme manage signature learning courses globally
- Connect learning with Job Architecture, career pathways, and future capability needs
- Partner with business leaders to identify critical skills gaps
- Translate skills gaps into impactful learning solutions using the 70/20/10 model
- Ensure development programmes support long-term business priorities
- Advise senior leaders on learning, talent, and organisational capability
- Build partnerships across HR, Functional Academies, and the business
- Embed learning into everyday performance
- Drive collaboration and best-practice sharing across the global learning community
- Own the end-to-end global learning experience
- Ensure high-quality, engaging, and business-relevant programmes
- Lead learning operations development, external partnerships, and learning technologies
- Support HR transformation and integrate learning within the digital people ecosystem (SAP SuccessFactors LMS)
- Define success measures demonstrating business value and organisational impact
- Use learning analytics, skills data, and stakeholder feedback for continuous improvement
