Aufgaben
- Design global planning infrastructure, reporting architecture, capital model, and financial narrative
- Serve as a strategic financial partner to the CEO, CFO, and Executive Committee
- Produce models that drive capital allocation decisions across software and advanced manufacturing
- Model and balance cost-plus, time & materials, fixed-price, and government milestone billing
- Translate complex operational realities into a cohesive financial narrative for the Board
- Own the global budget, multi-year strategic plans, and rolling forecast cycles
- Model financial outcomes for advanced manufacturing footprints, assessing ramp-up costs and trade-offs
- Design pricing, revenue recognition, and margin models for various defense contract types
- Build robust scenario analyses to stress-test revenue, manufacturing output, and geopolitical variables
- Lead monthly financial review cycles, delivering variance analysis and commercial insight
- Experience working with a CFO/executive team through a major corporate event
- Build and own the capital allocation framework, evaluating ROI for new initiatives
- Support the CFO in optimizing working capital requirements tied to government payment cycles
- Assist in evaluating diverse financing structures, debt covenant modeling, and financing opportunities
- Lead the selection, design, and implementation of the global FP&A platform
- Spearhead an AI-first approach to corporate finance, deploying AI agents and forecasting models
