- Analyze existing HR processes
- Identify areas for HR process improvement
- Connect business needs with Workday capabilities
- Connect business needs with other tools and systems capabilities
- Manage improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation
- Support improvement initiatives from analysis through implementation
- Bring together stakeholders across HR, IT, and other relevant teams
- Ensure HR processes are documented in line with ISO standards
- Implement a central HR process repository
- Maintain a central HR process repository
- Support Quality Management in process repository efforts
- Contribute to internal and external ISO audits
- Implement the HR Internal Control Framework (ICF)
- Manage the HR Internal Control Framework (ICF)
- Follow up on ICF findings and requirements
