Anforderungen

- Ensure compliant application of HR policies, guidelines, processes, and tools.
- Advise, coach, and train managers on recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, and offboarding.
- Manage the annual performance management cycle, including calibration planning and execution.
- Stay updated on local labor laws and regulations.
- Act as a trusted advisor and employee advocate.
