- Act as first point of contact for employees and managers
- Advise on HR policies and processes
- Advise on labour law compliance
- Manage HR administration

- Manage legal documentation
- Ensure smooth onboarding process
- Prepare employment contracts with Talent Acquisition
- Integrate new employees
- Support offboarding process
- Handle exit formalities efficiently
- Ensure compliance with German labour law
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Advise managers and employees on compliance
- Track changes in HR regulations
- Implement necessary policy updates
- Manage HR documentation
- Ensure accuracy of employee data
- Handle complex labour law processes
- Handle warnings, terminations, and settlement agreements
- Cooperate with external counsel on labour law processes
- Manage absence and occupational health
- Manage sick pay continuation
- Manage reintegration process (BEM)
- Cooperate with company doctor on preventive health checks
- Cooperate with company doctor on workplace risk assessments
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll with Payroll Manager
- Provide required HR data for payroll
- Provide working time data for payroll
- Provide on-call data for payroll
- Provide overtime data for payroll
- Ensure smooth recruitment processes with Talent Acquisition
- Manage relationship with the works council (Betriebsrat)
- Manage information processes with works council
