- Experience in Coty-adjacent industries (B2C, beauty, consumer products, retail, fast-paced consumer-facing)
- International experience (plus)
- Degree in HR, Law, Business, Psychology or related field
- Postgraduate qualification (advantage)

- Shape organizational capabilities, leadership, talent, and culture for business ambitions
- Translate business priorities into impactful people strategies
- Ensure organizational structure, leadership, and talent for market adaptation
- Drive organizational change through change management
- Co-create people solutions with leaders, partners, CoEs, and representatives
- Operate with agility, pace, and pragmatism in a matrixed business
- Translate complex topics into simple narratives for diverse audiences
- Build trust-based relationships through visible presence and proximity
- Serve as HR architect for transformation, reorganization, and change programs
- Lead people workstreams including OD, workforce planning, and cultural change
- Build change strategies to engage leaders and employees
- Convert strategy into executable people plans with measurable outcomes
- Own the DACH people strategy using data for decisions
- Drive talent, DE&I, engagement, culture, and leadership effectiveness
- Ensure compliant HR operations with HR Services, CoEs, and Reward
- Safeguard data privacy, health & safety, and governance
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team
- Act as senior ER/LR authority, leading complex employee and labour relations matters
- Lead relationships and negotiations with works councils and social partners
- Negotiate works agreements, reconciliation of interests, and social plans
- Ensure compliance with labour law and collective bargaining frameworks
- Anticipate legislative change in labour law
- Advise and coach leaders on disciplinary, grievance, and restructuring processes
- Balance commercial objectives with legal risk and company values
- Manage labour litigation and external counsel
- Minimize labour-relations risk and reputational exposure
