Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Accounting, HR, Payroll, or International Business preferred); Master’s degree is an advantage
- At least 10 years of professional experience in operational or consulting roles, with exposure to payroll and HR consultancy, operations, or transformation
- Expertise in specific HR/Payroll area (e.g. global mobility, benefits, shared services centres, M&A, global payments) is an advantage
- Experience delivering consultancy services in advisory environment and working towards billable targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving capabilities
- Adaptability to evolving environments
- Initiative and high degree of autonomy
- Experience supporting transformation initiatives and realizing expected outcomes
- Effective communication with senior stakeholders, internal and external
Aufgaben
- Manage multiple consulting engagements for HR&Payroll Consultancy Services
- Lead complex transformation consultancy projects for global payroll and HR clients
- Deliver high-quality work and advice to support client satisfaction
- Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members
- Support timely, accurate, and complete delivery of HR&Payroll Consultancy solutions
- Meet chargeable utilization targets
- Contribute to scoping, pricing, delivery, and invoicing of engagements
- Collaborate with local TMF teams and third parties
- Work with the sales team to draft proposals and engagement letters
- Monitor trends in the global HR and Payroll market
- Recommend consultancy solutions aligned to client needs
- Develop and enhance methodologies, tools, and techniques
- Identify and communicate business opportunities based on market trends
- Collaborate across business units to ensure alignment and effective service delivery
