Anforderungen
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years Procurement experience, ideally across Real Estate/Facilities and Professional Services
- Experience setting up procurement processes or working in fast-paced start-up/scale-up environments
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing high-value service contracts
- Comfortable balancing strategic category management with operational execution
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- German or Polish language skills advantageous

Aufgaben
- Develop and implement Indirect Procurement processes and policies
- Define category strategies and long-term roadmaps
- Partner with the Head of Procurement to establish Procurement as a value-driving partner
- Manage the full PO lifecycle
- Consolidate and rationalize the supplier base
- Resolve daily vendor issues for operational continuity
- Manage and negotiate lease agreements, rental contracts, and facility management services
- Lead negotiations and contracting for consultancy, agencies, and external workforce providers
- Optimize spend and vendor relationships for office supplies and general overhead
