- Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy in manufacturing or FMCG environment
- Experience in supplement, aromatherapy, cosmetics, wellness, or similar product-driven environment

- Skill in aligning with key stakeholders
- Ensuring product availability without overstock or shortages
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
- High proficiency with forecasting and inventory planning tools

Aufgaben
- Develop and maintain sophisticated demand forecasts using statistical models and market intelligence
- Gather critical business inputs from sales, marketing, and finance for a unified forecast
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with diverse teams to ensure plan alignment
- Drive improvements in forecast accuracy and process efficiency
- Make sound decisions using rigorous analysis, wisdom, and judgment
- Act as a key player in the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
- Ensure alignment between demand, supply, and financial goals
- Define and optimize the forecasting process
- Lead the demand planning process in a dynamic environment
- Make informed decisions and act effectively with incomplete information
- Handle risk and uncertainty and guide others through it
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices
- Translate forecasts into efficient operations
- Align with key stakeholders to ensure product availability
- Prevent overstock and shortages
