Anforderungen
- Hands-on production planning and supply planning experience in manufacturing
- Supply planning, production scheduling, or materials planning experience in FMCG, supplements, cosmetics or wellness
- Translating plans into efficient production flows balancing capacity and constraints
- Proficiency in ERP systems (Odoo, Tableau, Excel)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Confident working with ERP systems (Odoo, SAP, Oracle)
- Highly proficient in supply planning and inventory management processes (MPS, MRP)
Aufgaben
- Translate demand forecasts into production schedules
- Develop and build production schedules to optimize resource utilization
- Develop and build production schedules to meet delivery deadlines
- Coordinate with Demand Planning and Purchasing teams for raw material availability
- Prevent production interruptions by ensuring timely material availability
- Align production capacity with operational constraints
- Adjust schedules dynamically to avoid bottlenecks
- Track production performance versus plan
- Identify performance variances
- Proactively implement corrective actions
- Interface with operations, purchasing, and marketing teams
- Align timelines and expectations with stakeholders
