Aufgaben
- Analyze different PMTD solutions
- Gather Operations requirements for new development
- Support Industrial Architect team collaboration on ISD deliverables
- Deliver complete Industrial PMTD solution adapted to program constraints
- Act as PMTD focal point in dedicated meetings
- Coordinate E2E Digitalization activities between Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality
- Support quotation of Digital for new development
- Prepare quotations for needed BOTs for new development
- Prepare quotations for updating processes, methods, and training for new development
- Collaborate with OP and Operation portfolio to secure Digital capacity for new development
- Set up project cost and planning baseline
- Participate in Risk & Opportunities definition and follow-up
- Get budget approval from Programmes and/or DTO and secure booking codes
- Define required team to fulfill planning and secure resources
- Run project governance, including drumbeat meetings, KPIs, and escalations
- Ensure solution delivery OQ, OT, OC for development and deployment activities
- Monitor quality of service for deployed solutions
- Coordinate with Digital, Program, and Industrial Architect departments for new developments
- Prepare a list of needed tools and BOTs for new developments
- Prepare a list of needed processes, methods, and trainings to be updated for new developments
- Support quotation from Digital for new developments
- Provide quotations of BOTs for new developments
- Provide quotations for updating processes, methods, and trainings for new developments
- Ensure Operation portfolio addition and OP to secure Digital resources for new development
- Follow up planning, budget, risk, and opportunities
- Coordinate and disseminate information and lessons learned with other TO departments and areas
