- Source candidates for Working Students and Interns
- Select candidates for Working Students and Interns
- Provide support to hiring managers up to Executive Member offices
- Identify promising candidates with hiring managers
- Select promising candidates with hiring managers
- Partner with departments to conduct interviews
- Gain a holistic overview of practice areas
- Serve as the primary touchpoint for prospective Working Students and Interns
- Guide candidates through each stage of the recruitment process
- Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates
- Enhance candidate communication
- Streamline the hiring process
- Ensure an exceptional experience for all stakeholders
- Participate in People & Culture projects
- Contribute to Neuro@Work initiatives
- Contribute to the Trainee Program
- Contribute to Pupil Internship initiatives
- Build connections with local universities
- Implement AI solutions to optimize recruitment activities
- Improve efficiency through technology-driven processes
- Improve candidate experience through technology-driven processes
