- Ongoing studies or completed degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related field
- First experience in talent acquisition/employer branding, ideally in fast-paced environment
- Experience with or strong interest in AI tools for process streamlining
- Highly organised, structured working style and task prioritization ability
- Proactive communication skills and collaborative mindset
- Fluency in English and German

- Identify process improvements in talent acquisition
- Evaluate AI-driven tools for talent acquisition
- Implement AI-driven tools to optimise workflows
- Assist in driving employer branding efforts
- Contribute ideas and content for employer branding
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members
- Support stakeholders with strategic hiring initiatives
- Assist with hiring projects
- Provide reporting on hiring initiatives
- Respond to ad hoc requests as needed
