Aufgaben
- Ideate, design, and implement innovative use cases leveraging GenAI for IC processes
- Transform IC processes with GenAI, including automated control testing and risk assessment
- Transform IC processes with GenAI, including intelligent documentation and anomaly detection
- Explore how GenAI can enhance control effectiveness, efficiency, and insights
- Design Siemens' Internal Control methodology, especially for IT controls
- Design IT controls for systems relevant for financial reporting (e.g., ITGC/ITAC)
- Design IT controls for systems relevant for sustainability reporting
- Own and update the IT Controls part of the Internal Control System (ICS) methodology
- Update the RIC Manual to reflect new methodological developments
- Update the RIC Manual to reflect regulatory requirements
- Update the RIC Manual to reflect technological advancements
- Coach ICS professionals worldwide on the internal control system
- Serve as the primary contact for IT Controls methodology
- Serve as the primary contact for platform- and GenAI-driven controls
- Create and deliver Internal Control trainings
- Create and deliver guidance materials for Internal Control
- Create and deliver presentations for Internal Control
- Support the global rollout of methodologies and tools
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and excellence
- Align and discuss Internal Control topics with the external auditor
- Align and discuss Internal Control methodology with the external auditor
- Understand global patterns regarding IT controls of the Siemens Group
- Evaluate control deficiencies, leveraging data analytics and AI-driven insights
- Bring relevant topics into management’s view
- Engage with the broader CF Assurance function
- Expand experience through assignments as a guest auditor
- Contribute to the 'CF A innovation process'
- Support cross-functional transformation initiatives
