- Design group-level category vision and partner strategies
- Drive innovation, revenue, and alliances across ecosystems
- Develop commercial levers to increase sales and profitability
- Review and redefine gaming ecosystem strategy
- Collaborate with country category owners
- Lead international category roundtables and derive action plans
- Represent MMSRG in international platforms
- Lead international relations, negotiations, and agreements
- Serve as escalation point for complex issues
- Own group-level business KPIs and agreements
- Govern group-level category KPIs
