- Call new applicants within 24 hours
- Provide a clear, friendly phone introduction
- Run short screening calls
- Pass qualified candidates to the next stage
- Handle a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups
- Cover evening and weekend shifts
- Keep candidate information accurate and up to date in Personio
- Share feedback with the Head of People
