Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience in Solution Architecture and Development in Salesforce Commerce Cloud / Salesforce B2C Commerce
- Solid knowledge/awareness of MACH architecture
- Practical experience in open-source stack (Java/Springboot or React/NodeJs, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS or Azure Cloud) or combination
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams
- Good understanding of mobile development platforms
- Experience in project and stakeholder management
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills in English
Aufgaben
- Lead software engineers in Ecommerce, Mobile Apps, and Internal Web Applications.
- Drive tech delivery and solution architecture for Web & Mobile projects (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, PIM, DAM, Mobile Apps, Internal Web Apps).
- Drive continuous improvements via application design and backlog delivery, coordinating with internal and external teams.
- Support Head of D2C Solutions with budget discussions and drive Web & Mobile area usage optimization.
- Manage capacity planning for the reporting line and IT team to deliver the roadmap.
- Oversee code quality for supported applications.
- Define coding standards, guidelines, security, test automation, documentation, and fix packs/updates.
- Present solutions and estimates to IT leadership, business owners, and service owners for approval.
- Ensure adherence to IT processes, policies, principles, and guidelines, and role-model the Digital & IT culture.
