Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Extensive Salesforce Core architecture, development, or support experience
- Hands-on experience in Service Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, or Data 360
- Service Delivery, Incident Management, or Operations experience (ITIL preferred)
- Advantageous exposure to Retail, E-commerce, and Salesforce Order Management
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Aufgaben
- Own the RUN pillar of the DTC ecosystem
- Ensure stable, SLA compliant operations
- Support GOVERN activities with Solution Architects
- Manage day to day L2/L3 incidents
- Manage day to day service requests
- Manage day to day feature requests
- Perform root cause analysis for incidents
- Resolve incidents and requests
- Deliver continuous improvement for operations
- Act as the primary IT contact for business stakeholders
- Capture functional requirements
- Capture technical requirements
- Translate requirements into sustainable solutions
- Drive continuous improvements through feature requests
- Proactively identify service gaps
- Proactively identify efficiency gains
- Proactively identify cost optimization opportunities
- Coordinate releases across the application landscape
- Coordinate upgrades across the application landscape
- Coordinate migrations across the application landscape
- Coordinate system updates across the application landscape
- Ensure architectural alignment with IT standards
- Monitor service delivery performance using SLAs
- Monitor service delivery performance using KPIs
- Ensure agreed service levels are consistently met
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on platform governance
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on platform standards
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on compliance with non-functional requirements
- Liaise with external service providers
- Coordinate with eCom teams
- Coordinate with CRM teams
- Coordinate with PMO teams
- Coordinate with IT teams
- Coordinate with Digital teams
- Coordinate with Engineering teams
- Coordinate with Product Management teams
- Contribute to solution design
