- Support compliance with regulatory requirements
- Support compliance with EU Pay Transparency Directive
- Drive development of fair, transparent pay structures
- Collaborate with regional HR, Legal, and Finance
- Implement and optimize SAP SuccessFactors Compensation module
- Optimize related EC structures
- Ensure system readiness for compensation module
- Ensure high data quality for compensation module
- Drive continuous improvements in compensation module
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams on compensation module
- Contribute to global benefits and rewards initiatives
- Contribute to mobility initiatives
- Contribute to allowances initiatives
- Align benefits and rewards with total rewards strategy
- Support data-driven decision-making for benefits and rewards
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders
- Align compensation topics with stakeholders
- Drive decision-making with stakeholders
- Deliver clear, structured communication
- Handle sensitive matters with discretion
