- Define hiring targets with founders and team leads
- Support creating and optimizing job profiles
- Screen applications and shortlist candidates
- Conduct first-round interviews and coordinate next steps
- Maintain clear communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Complete daily HR administrative tasks, including contracts, documentation, and letters
- Keep employee records organized and up to date in Personio
- Ensure compliance with internal processes and HR standards
- Serve as the go-to person for everyday employee questions or issues
- Organize team gatherings, internal events, and office rituals
- Support initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and team cohesion
- Help maintain a positive "feel-good" atmosphere in the office
- Contribute ideas to improve culture, communication, and ways of working
- Promote E-FARM’s values in all activities
