Aufgaben
- Partner with managers and employees on engagement and performance
- Support talent development and team effectiveness
- Address people-related challenges with managers and employees
- Advise leaders on organizational changes and P&C processes
- Recommend practical actions for an inclusive culture
- Drive and coordinate local and international P&C projects
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and effective project implementation
- Own and improve the employee learning experience
- Administer MPower and external learning partners
- Manage leadership development initiatives and mandatory training
- Use people and learning data to monitor trends
- Derive recommendations from data for managers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with People Operations and Talent Acquisition
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage employee documentation and interview coordination
- Handle candidate communication and process improvements
