Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related
- Significant HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Generalist experience
- Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge

- Experience in a multinational matrix organisation

- Translate business objectives into practical people plans
- Provide guidance on organizational effectiveness and talent strategies
- Use people data to identify trends and support decisions
- Support business transformation and change initiatives
- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance processes
- Provide commercially sound, legally compliant recommendations
- Support leaders with talent reviews and succession planning
- Coach managers on performance management and employee development
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support hiring plans
- Advise on career development and internal mobility
- Provide coaching to managers on people-related matters
- Support leaders in building high-performing teams
- Promote consistent application of company policies and values
- Support organization design projects and integration activities
- Participate in local and regional People initiatives
- Drive adoption of People programs and technology solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of People Team practices
- Partner with COE model to deliver People strategies
