Anforderungen
- Degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in concrete materials or building materials industry
- Concrete production knowledge and plant engineering, processes, control systems, and staff management experience
- Understanding of operational, technical, commercial, and financial aspects of business
- Ability to apply technical recommendations pragmatically in operating environment
- Strong analytic skills and data-driven management culture engagement
- Highly organized, self-motivated, excellent communication and project management skills
- Strong desire to support continuous Performance Improvement
- Excellent communication skills at all levels in international environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to coach and motivate peers without direct authority
- Fluent English spoken and written skills
- Other relevant European languages are a plus
Aufgaben
- Drive performance improvement across RMC operations by enhancing financial and non-financial KPIs
- Plan, communicate, and lead optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with various teams for optimization initiatives
- Promote continuous improvement across the RMC value chain
- Implement review cycles of operational and financial KPIs
- Focus on continuously improving operating margins
- Assist operations with implementing and adhering to the RMC Operating Model
- Ensure timely assembly of internal and external resources for PI initiatives
- Evaluate necessary CapEx for quick wins
- Plan, communicate, and lead optimization visits for RMC operations
- Involve Sales, QC, Logistics, and Production teams in optimization visits
- Follow up on improvement opportunities
- Assist local management in achieving goals
- Coordinate communication and PI initiatives with country managers
- Coordinate PI initiatives with PI responsible country individuals
- Collaborate with local country managers to promote good practices
- Collaborate with local country managers to identify new opportunities
- Transfer best practices across the organization
- Deliver training modules with the Heidelberg Materials Knowledge & Training Department
- Work with Global CCR to shape the future of Heidelberg Material’s RMC business
- Work with other Group & Area headquarter functions to shape the future of Heidelberg Material’s RMC business
