- Empathy and excellent communication skills with stakeholders
- Experience in environments with low automation degree
- Completed degree in Industrial Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Mechanical)
- Degree in Business Administration with proven plant/machinery project experience
- Professional communication in German
- Professional communication in English
- All required work permits for job location
Aufgaben
- Lead the execution of medium-size projects
- Ensure all related activities are executed in accordance with procedures, regulations, standards, specifications and targets
- Lead project team members to achieve project requirements
- Deliver contracted deliverables
- Meet committed project results
- Assume overall responsibility for project execution from sales handover through to transfer to Customer Service
- Lead local and global project teams
- Establish the project execution approach
- Oversee planning, monitoring, and control activities for internal and external resources
- Monitor and control project progress
- Monitor and control efficient resource utilization
- Monitor and control project financials
- Identify, qualify, and quantify project risk
- Manage project risk
- Ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued
- Drive the formal acceptance of the project
- Drive contract close-out
- Drive acknowledgment by the customer
- Act as the primary interface with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure alignment with customer requirements, expectations, and feedback
- Coordinate with external partners, system integrators, and internal stakeholders on local and global levels
- Ensure seamless integration of project deliverables
- Translate customer use cases and application requirements into project specifications
- Translate customer use cases and application requirements into automation solutions
- Prepare supplementary offers
- Support Bid and Proposal Managers in creating proposals for new systems
