Anforderungen
- German and Turkish language proficiency
- High school diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (strongly preferred)
- Minimum two years’ recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in corporate, RPO or agency setting
- Experience using recruitment technologies (ATS, social media tools)
- Proficiency in Boolean search techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and metrics (talent acquisition)
Aufgaben
- Lead job scope meetings with hiring leaders
- Review candidates in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Evaluate candidate qualifications against position requirements
- Develop recruitment marketing and sourcing plans
- Source candidates using resume databases and Boolean search
- Solicit referrals from business and internal networks
- Utilize proprietary software for talent community campaigns
- Connect with talent communities using various media
- Articulate value proposition to interested candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews
- Provide candidates with timely application status updates
- Draft and utilize phone interview templates
- Compare candidate notes and assessments with position requirements
- Issue and evaluate skills testing as needed
- Review background and reference information as needed
- Keep candidates engaged throughout the process
- Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details
- Articulate job offers and negotiate counter-offers
- Adhere strictly to all regulations and compliance standards
- Build talent pipelines with multiple qualified candidates
- Provide accurate reporting of recruiting activities
- Identify and recommend solutions for search difficulties
- Communicate search status to hiring leaders
- Provide consultative recommendations to hiring leaders
