- Improve sales forecasting accuracy
- Gather business requirements and define technical specifications
- Oversee end-to-end dashboard delivery
- Improve data quality through analysis and troubleshooting
- Support development and adoption of business tools
- Archive and analyze CRM data snapshots
- Host and facilitate Community Calls
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments and regions
- Support creation and delivery of SFE training materials
