- Transform complex sales, pipeline, and commercial performance data into actionable insights
- Own the definition, governance, and continuous improvement of sales KPIs
- Provide Sales Leadership, Country Managers, and Management with analytical foundations for business decisions
- Uncover performance drivers and identify growth opportunities through data-driven analysis
- Challenge assumptions through data-driven analysis
- Optimize sales performance through commercial understanding, analytical expertise, and compelling storytelling
- Improve forecasting accuracy through commercial understanding, analytical expertise, and compelling storytelling
- Accelerate sustainable revenue growth across the HoReCa sector
- Own the end-to-end sales analytics lifecycle, from KPI definition and data modeling to insight generation and stakeholder communication
- Design, govern, and continuously improve sales performance KPIs, including pipeline health, conversion, productivity, forecasting accuracy, and target achievement
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for Sales Leadership and Country Managers
- Conduct in-depth analyses of sales performance, customer acquisition, pipeline progression, and commercial initiatives
- Identify improvement levers and risks
- Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Management teams
- Translate business questions into analytical frameworks and recommendations
- Drive reporting automation, KPI standardization, and data quality initiatives
