Anforderungen
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in customer behavior and/or marketing campaign analysis
- Interest in customer behavior, CRM, and retail/FMCG analytics
- Advanced SQL skills, ideally using Google BigQuery; experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Knowledge of Adobe Journey Optimizer / Adobe Real-Time CDP is an advantage
- Advanced experience preparing data visualizations using BI tools (Looker Studio required)
- Experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in Excel
- Strong conceptual thinking and creative, solution-oriented approach
- Experience translating data into actionable business recommendations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good command of English for effective daily communication
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop new competencies
Aufgaben
- Implement projects with marketing teams from 21 countries and HQ
- Analyze and prepare reports on marketing and customer activities
- Identify opportunities to improve CRM communication and customer journeys
- Collaborate with the Data Science team
- Create data visualizations
- Contribute to the design and improvement of CRM tools
- Contribute to the design and improvement of reporting frameworks
- Contribute to the design and improvement of marketing automation processes
- Integrate data sets from multiple sources
- Ensure high quality of processed and reported information
