Aufgaben
- Define core metrics with Finance, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, and Platform
- Agree on definitions, data contracts, and ownership for core metrics
- Maintain and verify the certified data layer in the ETL tool
- Surface the certified data layer in Metabase
- Use SQL to validate data and investigate inconsistencies
- Trace numbers back to their sources using SQL
- Identify potential improvements in data flows, pipelines, and transformations with the Platform team
- Advise on next steps for data flow improvements
- Help prioritize next steps for data flow improvements during planning
- Help stakeholders decide which number to trust when reports disagree
- Improve data literacy through practical guidance
- Improve data literacy through workshops
- Improve data literacy through clear documentation
- Use AI-assisted tools for analysis
- Use AI-assisted tools for documentation
- Use AI-assisted tools for automation
- Use AI-assisted tools for workflows
- Carefully check the results of AI-assisted tools
