Anforderungen
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years data science, business analytics, or AI integration experience
- At least 2 years in role requiring strong communication and stakeholder management
- Generative AI & Technical Proficiency
- Hands-on experience with LLM fine-tuning and modern NLP frameworks
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Familiarity with AWS SageMaker, Docker, and Airflow
- Experience in ML Engineering solutions (ML Ops tools)
- Integrating models into enterprise systems
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Ability to manage change and drive AI adoption
- Balancing technical constraints with business priorities
- Commitment to ethical and fair AI practices
- Ensuring equitable outcomes for all users
- Ability to work with C-suite, product managers, engineers, and operational teams
Aufgaben
- Build and optimize in-house algorithms
- Work with the latest NLP and generative AI techniques
- Develop intelligent conversational agents
- Ensure seamless integration into business processes and enterprise systems
- Act as a strategic partner to the Marketing organization
- Advocate for data-driven decision-making
- Communicate AI strategy and its alignment with business objectives
- Ensure stakeholders understand the value of AI-driven insights
- Leverage AI insights to prioritize initiatives strategically
- Lead the development lifecycle of ML and AI solutions in Marketing
- Collaborate with data engineers and developers to integrate solutions into production
- Keep abreast of advancements in AI/ML technologies
- Apply cutting-edge techniques where appropriate
- Collaborate with Data Science teams to design intuitive interfaces and workflows for AI-driven recommendations and automation
- Contribute to hackathons, training, and peer-to-peer knowledge exchange
