- Experience in international matrix organization
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable solutions (advantageous)
- Knowledge of SAP Analytics Cloud or comparable solutions (advantageous)
- Knowledge of Power BI or comparable solutions (advantageous)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- German language skills (plus)
- Willingness to be based in Hilchenbach or Mönchengladbach office
Aufgaben
- Translate business strategy into models for headcount, FTE, labor cost, skills, capacity, productivity, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Lead projects from concept through implementation, including scope, planning, risk, and delivery.
- Facilitate workshops.
- Resolve conflicting requirements.
- Drive timely decisions across an international and matrix organization.
- Develop and implement requirements for workforce planning, reporting, analytics, data governance, and technology solutions.
- Prepare management presentations, business cases, recommendations, and decision papers for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure adoption, improvement, and application of global concepts and processes.
