- Represent ESMC at career fairs
- Manage the applicant pipeline
- Conduct interviews
- Issue apprenticeship contracts
- Serve as primary point of contact for future apprentices
- Act as a dedicated mentor for future apprentices
- Coordinate orientation phases for apprentices
- Provide continuous coaching to apprentices
- Manage internal rotations across manufacturing departments
- Coordinate closely with local vocational schools
- Provide pedagogical and structured guidance to Fab trainers
- Ensure compliance with the German Vocational Training Act
- Ensure compliance with the Youth Employment Protection Act
- Ensure compliance with other relevant educational laws
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with vocational schools
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with local chambers
- Coordinate final exam preparations
- Map out post-graduation career pathways with department managers
- Handle transition contract processes
