Anforderungen
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or comparable professional qualification
- Several years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally including full-cycle recruiting in complex or international business environment
- Strong expertise in proactive sourcing, candidate engagement, and talent pipeline development for specialist and hard-to-fill positions
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, and digital recruitment tools
- Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills, confidence to advise and challenge Hiring Managers constructively
- Analytical mindset and experience using recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring strategies and processes
- Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style, genuine interest in building and improving processes
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to navigate dynamic, multicultural environment
- Fluent English skills; German or Mandarin language skills are an advantage
- Willingness to travel to parent company in Taiwan for approximately four weeks and flexibility to collaborate across international time zones
Aufgaben
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance
- Source, engage, and attract qualified candidates
- Conduct structured interviews and candidate assessments
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines
- Support recruitment events and hiring initiatives
- Partner with HR on offer negotiations and onboarding transitions
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize recruitment processes
- Optimize ATS workflows, recruitment tools, and sourcing practices
- Analyze recruitment KPIs and labor market trends
- Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen sourcing strategies
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR and Talent Acquisition projects
- Support the development of scalable Talent Acquisition structures and best practices
