Anforderungen
- 6+ years of logistics, warehouse management, import/export, or manufacturing operations experience
- At least 4 years of disciplinary and people management experience, ideally with 5+ employees
- Startup/scale-up or complex corporate organization experience, ideally in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or regulated industry
- Strong hands-on WMS and ERP systems experience (SAP/S/4HANA a plus)
- Proven expertise in dangerous goods, German regulatory requirements, and compliance, ideally with cleanroom logistics
- Pragmatic leadership mindset, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German (minimum C1) and good English (minimum B2) language skills
Aufgaben
- Build and lead the logistics team and warehouse operations
- Provide functional and disciplinary leadership
- Ensure reliable day-to-day logistics operations
- Manage domestic and international transportation, shipping, and distribution
- Take a hands-on approach to logistics operations
- Develop and optimize processes for warehousing, receiving, inventory, transportation, shipping, and production support
- Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, cost performance, and delivery reliability
- Participate in the SAP S/4HANA rollout
- Establish RASIC and best practices for team building and capabilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders across production, engineering, procurement, and other business functions
- Ensure a reliable flow of materials and information
- Own dangerous goods handling and regulatory compliance
- Ensure adherence to ADR, IATA, IMDG, and all relevant legal requirements
- Integrate compliance into logistics processes from the start
