Aufgaben
- Lead and grow the DACH field team
- Supervise, coach, and develop Field Engineers and Station Manager
- Manage team capacity and prioritize work
- Dispatch jobs efficiently across the Swiss and German network
- Bring structure to team priorities and ways of working
- Ensure maintenance work is completed on time
- Create a strong safety culture and ensure Health & Safety compliance
- Provide a safe and caring work environment for colleagues
- Be accountable for day-to-day station operations in the DACH region
- Maintain network uptime above 99% through preventive maintenance and repairs
- Manage partners responsible for station maintenance and servicing
- Support customer experience improvements through station visits and audits
- Oversee the handover of new stations from Construction to Field Operations
- Manage spare parts flows with the Supply Chain team
- Lead and coordinate external partners for infrastructure works at stations
- Continuously improve operations through local initiatives and best practices
- Standardize best practices and simplify processes
- Use data and insights to make better decisions
- Deliver a best-in-class customer experience at stations
- Collaborate with Customer Operations and internal teams on performance and incidents
- Act as the voice of DACH Operations within the leadership team
- Initiate, develop, and maintain relationships with external partners and contractors
- Provide operational input into new station designs and upgrades
