- Maintain and update employee payroll records with strict confidentiality
- Archive payroll documentation for auditing purposes
- Act as internal specialist for German wage tax, social security, and labor law
- Support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and managing data requests
- Provide labor law, exit calculation, and legal compliance support to People Partners
- Collaborate with Finance, Tax Advisors, and HR Governance on benefits administration and audit readiness
- Respond to complex employee and manager inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely and professional manner
- Drive continuous process improvement in payroll operations using HR tools, Personio, and AI
