- Manage and administer the full employee lifecycle
- Ensure compliance with German labor standards and internal processes
- Drive operational excellence and data integrity in HR systems
- Manage HR data workflows
- Generate standard HR reporting
- Resolve employee queries efficiently
- Provide agile talent acquisition backup during hiring peaks
- Serve as a strategic, consultative People Partner
- Translate business priorities into people solutions
- Advise and coach managers on talent development
- Advise and coach managers on team dynamics
- Advise and coach managers on conflict resolution
- Advise and coach managers on performance management
- Partner to roll out company-wide initiatives
- Leverage automation and AI tools to streamline workflows
- Reduce administrative friction across the HR lifecycle
- Analyze people metrics to identify patterns
- Provide actionable recommendations to leaders
